Services include prenatal birth planning sessions, continuous labor support at hospitals, birth centers, and home births, and postpartum follow-up visits. Hudson Birth Support does not accept insurance but offers transparent pricing and sliding-scale availability for qualifying families. The practice is currently at capacity for 2026 births and is maintaining an active waitlist.

Kezia Brown is the founder of Hudson Birth Support and a DONA International certified birth doula with over 5 years of experience supporting families through labor and early postpartum. She is also a Lamaze-certified childbirth educator and a Spinning Babies practitioner, giving her a strong foundation in fetal positioning and natural labor optimization. Kezia is bilingual in English and French and brings a culturally sensitive, empowerment-focused philosophy to every birth she attends. Having supported over 60 families, she is known for her calm presence, deep emotional attunement, and ability to advocate powerfully on her clients' behalf. Kezia is currently full for 2026 births but continues to accept childbirth education clients.
