Baby Prep Classes
Hudson Birth & Baby Academy is an independent childbirth and early parenting education center offering evidence-based classes for expecting and new parents in Jersey City and Hoboken. The academy's curriculum covers the full spectrum of birth and newborn preparation: from childbirth education and natural pain management techniques, to infant CPR and first aid, newborn care basics, and early feeding support. Classes are offered in small groups to encourage questions and community building, and a virtual attendance option is available for most courses. The academy partners with area doulas, midwives, and pediatricians to keep curriculum current and clinically grounded.

She founded Hudson Birth & Baby Academy after years of recognizing a gap in accessible, evidence-based birth education in Hudson County. Bridget's teaching style is warm and practical — she focuses on giving parents realistic tools and confidence rather than a scripted 'perfect birth' narrative. She is certified in infant CPR instruction and partners regularly with local midwives and IBCLCs to deliver coordinated prenatal education.
