Hudson Mama Fitness is a certified prenatal and postnatal fitness studio offering small-group and private coaching for women at every stage of their motherhood journey — from the first trimester through postpartum recovery and beyond. The studio's certified trainers specialize in pregnancy-safe strength training, core and pelvic floor awareness, postpartum return-to-exercise progressions, and diastasis recti rehabilitation. Classes are offered in-studio, outdoors, and via live-streamed virtual sessions. Hudson Mama Fitness prides itself on building community alongside physical fitness, and many clients continue training together well beyond their postpartum periods.

Tara Nguyen is the founder and head coach at Hudson Mama Fitness. She holds a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) credential from the NSCA and a Prenatal and Postnatal Corrective Exercise Specialist (PCES) certification from Girls Gone Strong. Tara has eight years of experience coaching mothers through all stages of pregnancy and postpartum recovery. She is passionate about helping women feel strong and capable in their bodies during one of life's most transformative periods.
